Our Approach

Our approach at Evolution Fitness begins with a screening process we use called the Functional Movement Screen (FMS).  We use this method to assess any movement pattern imbalances in the body and it allows us to identify the exercises that are most effective for each person.  With the screening process in place, we can identify any risk for injury so we can provide a plan that will keep each person fit and safe. This process allows for faster results too.  We want our members to be fit for life, not just for right now.

Our Workouts

Your personalized fitness program is designed utilizing cutting edge, scientific research and development. It is tailored specifically to your goals and your needs.  Our Semi-Private Training model is designed for 2-3 people per trainer.  The latest research proves that semi-private training produces greater results than all by your lonesome one-on-one training. Also, it’s a lot more fun!  We design your exercise program with one primary focus: getting you RESULTS. Your workouts will never just be about achieving a good sweat or pushing your body to new limits. They will have a purpose and a design each and every time. No mindless cardio sessions or endless machines to circuit through. All individualized exercise programs follow a progression and are changed every 4 – 6 weeks.

Our group classes follow a scientifically designed program and are changed monthly.  There are three different class varieties to keep your mind and body guessing.  Group classes are high-energy, motivating and fun. These classes get the results you want, and keep you (and your body) from getting bored!  

We understand how important it is that workouts are fun, positive and motivating. All of our fitness coaches create and foster that type of environment. We want our clients to change their life, not just right now, but for the long term. How long can anyone keep doing something they don’t like and don’t have fun doing? We strive to be the best part of your day, not the part you dread the most!

Our Recovery

At Evolution Fitness, your post-workout recovery is equally as important to us as the workout itself. From Foam Rolling before and after a workout to the proper healthy nutrients, we know that without proper recovery, all your hard work goes to waste.  You cannot out train a bad diet.  We set you up for success with an OnBoarding session to teach you proper Foam Rolling and Self- Myofascial Release (SMR) techniques when you begin your journey with Evolution Fitness.  We also have an awesome shake bar with a menu designed and tailored to optimize recovery so you can achieve your goals.
