Consistency is Key! Whether it’s getting your workout done or following your nutrition plan, consistency is key.  Steady progress will be seen with steady consistent work, which will lead to steady RESULTS!

Photo Jan 17, 11 30 29 AMIf you have a goal to lose weight and get in to better shape.  Where do you start?  Start by creating an action plan.  Write it down so you can refer to it daily. Your action plan should be an action or group of actions that you can do each day to assist you in reaching that goal.  Be consistent.  If something gets in your way of following your plan, don’t give up.  Refer back to your plan and get back on track ASAP!  You are in charge!
