Change is in the air! As summer comes to a close, we reflect back on all the summer fun, all the backyard barbeques, summer concerts, trips to the beach, vacations away and just maybe the few pounds of fat we gained along the way having so much fun.

Fortunately, we now have fall to look forward to and a more regular schedule to help us get back on track.  Now is the time to start planning your meals and your workouts.  Create a plan that you can stick to.  Some people find Sunday a perfect time to shop for groceries, prepare their meals and get ready for the week.  Planning for the weeks and months to come will help you to avoid the last minute discovery that you are not as ready for the fall and winter holidays as you would like to be.
